After you eat a snack or a meal, your teeth need help getting clean! You use water to wet your toothbrush bristles and to rinse out your mouth when you are finished. Brushing your teeth keeps your smile healthy and bright! REMEMBER! Be sure to spit out the toothpaste when you are finished brushing. Swallowing toothpaste can upset your stomach.
